Black Bean Wrap

Healthy black bean and corn wraps are packed with protein and loaded with nutrients. These quick and flavorful black bean wraps are tasty, filling and make a great meatless lunch or dinner! Gina says that when she brings these to a party they are tried and true crowd pleaser.
Ingredients

1 can corn

1 can black beans

8 oz cream cheese

5-7 green onions

¼ cup fresh cilantro

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp chili powder
-
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp gr. cumin (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ lime (juice)

3 flour tortillas

Options: add peppers, chicken, hot sauce for more heat
Preparation

Let cream cheese sit out to soften.

Mix all ingredients. Add lime juice last, enough to make it easier to spread.

Spread onto tortillas and roll up.

Refrigerate until cream cheese firms again.

Cut into appetizer sized pieces. Looks good cut diagonally.
