Chimichurri

This sauce is made with chopped fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. A colorful and flavorful addition to any meal. This chimichurri sauce takes just 15 minutes to make!
Ingredients

1 cup flat leaf parsley

1 cup cilantro

1 tbs dried oregano

3-6 cloves garlic

2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

3 tbs red wine vinegar

½ cup olive oil
-
½ tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Lime juice
Preparation

Blend first 5 ingredients in food processor into a paste

Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour.
