Chimichurri

This sauce is made with chopped fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. A colorful and flavorful addition to any meal. This chimichurri sauce takes just 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1 tbs dried oregano

  • 3-6 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 3 tbs red wine vinegar

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • Lime juice

Preparation

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients in food processor into a paste

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour.
